Q: What is the foundation of this program that makes it different?
Collaborative and transformational learning form the foundation of the series. Here, you can learn in an atmosphere that is both safe and conducive to growth. The benefits of learning in a live group environment far outweigh those of self-paced learning programs.
We also use an active learning approach, where you will be guided through the series in a way that enables you to apply and integrate your learning right away into your leadership approach with your team, organization, or community initiative you are passionate about.
You will have a leading-edge feminine power leadership model to guide you on your leadership journey. The WLS is built from leading-edge research on feminine leadership and the internal and external barriers to women’s advancement. This research provides a unique framework for understanding and leveraging the strengths of women leaders.
The series is also based on the facilitators’ 45 years of combined leadership experience, training as coaches, facilitators, and consultants, and our advanced credentials.
Q: Who are the facilitators?
The Women's Leadership Series will be facilitated by Eliza von Baeyer, Associate Partner & Coach at Great Shift, and Nicole van Kuppeveld, Partner at Organizations by Design Inc. Together, they bring extensive experience in leadership development and women's empowerment.
Q: Is it true that this series is designed to SAVE me time?
We know everyone is busy, so we designed the Women’s Leadership Series (WLS) with busy people in mind. The series is designed to save you a decade or two in personal and professional development and coaching.
We have compiled a set of resources, actions, and steps to achieve your leadership goals and aspirations, based on leading-edge leadership practices and 45 years of experience as leaders, coaches, and facilitators.
Q: What is the format of the program sessions?
Each session will last 3 hours and be held twice a month. The sessions will be a mix of engaging and interactive activities, including lectures, discussions, exercises, and opportunities to apply the learnings to real-life situations and to build community.
Q: What will the time commitment be for the series?
We have designed the series with a preset schedule. The entire schedule, resources, etc. are easy to access on our learning platform. We know you are busy, but we have ensured it is accessible and doable.
We give you the structure to gain momentum and move forward with the least amount of time investment. We have done all of the research, tapped into our 45 years of leadership experience, and developed a highly engaging interactive LIVE learning experience. We promise the three-hour sessions will fly by!
Q: How do I fit another 3 hours in every other week?
We know you feel overextended. This is unfortunately our new reality. However, to step into that next level of leadership authority, it is crucial to create time and space for yourself to make that leap happen. Reframe the idea of being overextended. Instead, see WLS as up-levelling your support so that you can step forward with new confidence to achieve your leadership goals and aspirations.
We recommend you take a few minutes and think of where you are over giving of your time. Maybe spending more time than you would like to be on something? Could 3 hours/twice a month be allocated in any of those situations?
As Stephen Covey says, “You can tell what is important to someone by how they spend their time." So, ask yourself, is your leadership self-development a priority for you? If so, we have a transformational leadership journey planned just for you!

Q: What happens after the program ends?
The program is designed to equip you with the tools and strategies you need to continue your leadership journey beyond the 10 sessions. Q: Will there be opportunities to connect with other participants?
Absolutely! The program is designed to foster a supportive network of like-minded women leaders. There will be breakout group discussions and activities throughout the program to encourage connections and build relationships.
Q: What is the financial investment—can I afford it?
Are you thinking of this as an expense or as an investment? It's a question of whether I keep buying cappuccinos at the cafe vs. buying a cappuccino maker. Leading-edge leaders need to invest in themselves for personal and professional growth.
However, if you are genuinely in a position of financial instability, we suggest holding off right now and holding a space for that to change.
We are going to give you all of the resources we have curated and used so that you can experience them and use them right away. A no-fail structure that has the potential to transform your leadership.
Can you see a clear path at the very minimum that if you make this investment, you can at least make your investment back in your time spent finding leading-edge resources on your own? The improvements will be seen in your leadership approach, with your team, within your organization, community and/or in your career advancement.
Q: What if I decide to wait for the next series?
Are you thinking next year, next time? We don’t presume to be you. Do you think you will be more successful in the next year: With our mentorship? By acquiring the leading-edge course content? Through the conversations that will be amplified in a group coaching environment? By learning in a safe growth container with a community of like-minded women, where we know women best learn? By better understanding those barriers, both internal and external, that women leaders encounter?
The WLS is a LIVE program with resources to share and a deep level of support built-in. You will not see this program with this level of support at this introductory price point. Best not to wait to register!
Q: Is there financial assistance available?
We encourage you to inquire about any early bird discounts or group registration options that may be available. Inviting a colleague or peer leader to join, or your whole leadership team can decrease individual registration costs significantly. Ask us about our monthly payment plan (15 % surcharge).
